If I migrate my phone number to Wasapi, do I lose ownership?
No, your account and everything associated with it remain yours. Wasapi is a tool for user consumption, and the user retains full ownership.
Can I use my own phone number?
Yes, you can migrate your current WhatsApp number to the WhatsApp API. Additionally, you can add a separate phone line exclusively for Wasapi and marketing operations.
Does Meta (Facebook) charge for message delivery?
Meta offers 1,000 free conversations per month for contacting any WhatsApp number. After exhausting the monthly limit, additional conversations incur extra charges.
Is there a mobile application available for Wasapi?
Yes, Wasapi offers a mobile application for both Android and iOS users.
Who owns the information and contacts?
You own all your content, data, and messages. Wasapi does not have permission to use your content or contact your users for any reason.
Are there long-term contracts with Wasapi?
No, there are no long-term commitments with Wasapi. You can use the service on a month-to-month basis and cancel anytime.
Can I continue using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
Once you migrate your number to the WhatsApp API, you cannot use the mobile app with the same number. However, if you change your mind, you can revert the number from the API back to the mobile app.
