How to use Renderfire AI?
Creating captivating videos is made simple with Renderfire AI. Begin by creating a series and linking your social media channels as destinations. Schedule posting days, time, and visibility according to your preferences. Choose from predefined topics or create custom content tailored to your needs. Select your preferred language, narration voice, and duration, then click 'Create Series'. Customize your video with a title, description, tags, script, and more. You have the flexibility to personalize the thumbnail, images, subtitles, music, sound and visual effects, and add watermarks to make your videos stand out.
What is a series?
A series is a collection of themed videos. For example, a 'Scary Stories' series could feature a new spooky video released regularly, depending on your subscription plan.
What social media platforms do you support posting to?
We currently support posting to TikTok and YouTube, with plans to expand to more platforms. If there's a particular platform you'd like us to add, please let us know.
Are the videos unique?
Absolutely! Each video generated by Renderfire AI is unique, thanks to our generative AI technology. You can be confident that your videos will always have a fresh and captivating appeal.
Can I edit the videos?
Yes, you have full control over your videos. You can edit the voiceover, title, background music, and apply visual and sound effects before scheduling them for posting.
How do custom prompts work?
When you provide a custom prompt, such as 'Explain the principles of renewable energy', each video in your series will approach the topic from unique angles, ensuring fresh and varied content without duplicating previous videos.
How many videos can I create per day?
Details on video generation limits per series can be found in our pricing section. Renderfire focuses on scheduled, automatic video production through series setups, rather than individual video creations.
Can I replace an existing series with a new one?
Yes, you have the flexibility to delete any existing series and start a new one at any time. Please note that the free plan allows only one series per account.
How do I create a video?
Renderfire is designed to optimize the creation of video series on a regular schedule, rather than individual video creations. Start by creating a series, and videos will be automatically queued and generated sequentially after each previous video is posted.
Can I post the same video to multiple platforms?
Yes, you can link multiple accounts within your Series to automatically upload your videos to each platform. However, for each series, you are limited to connecting one account per social media platform, such as one TikTok account and one YouTube account.
Can I adjust the video length?
With Renderfire AI, you have control over the video length. You can modify the AI-generated script, up to a maximum of 1,200 characters, or select a preferred length for all videos in the series. Please note that actual video lengths may vary slightly. For YouTube Shorts, we ensure videos remain under 60 seconds to comply with platform requirements.
Do I own the videos?
Absolutely! You have complete ownership of the videos you create with Renderfire AI. Feel free to download them, use them on other platforms, or even sell them as you see fit.
Does the platform support multiple languages?
Yes, our platform supports multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, and Ukrainian.
Are there any types of content that are not allowed?
While we have implemented filters for NSFW content, we cannot guarantee the appropriateness of all generated content and cannot be held liable for it. We recommend reviewing the content carefully before use.
Can this make long-form content?
Currently, Renderfire AI focuses on short-form content, up to 90 seconds in length. We are actively working on a long-form content feature, but it is not available at this time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, you can register and create your first video series for free. No credit card is required.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Canceling your subscription is as easy as a click. Simply visit the billing page on your dashboard and choose to cancel your subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing period.
How does the membership work?
Our paid memberships offer additional benefits, such as no watermarks, increased posting frequency, better quality, and more customization credits. These enhancements provide an enhanced experience beyond the free plan.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the high costs associated with AI video creation and photo generation, as well as our upstream providers' policies against refunding GPU processing time. This policy is in place to prevent financial losses for our service. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you have the flexibility to change your subscription plan at any time. Simply visit the billing tab on your dashboard and choose the desired upgrade or downgrade option.
