Why do I need to keep receipts?

To locate your uploaded receipts on Xero, simply click on your company name and then click 'Files'. All your uploaded receipts will be accessible there.
Where can I find my uploaded receipts on QuickBooks?
In QuickBooks, you can find your uploaded receipts by searching for 'Attachments' using the magnifier icon. All your uploaded receipts will be organized there.
Can I send multiple receipts in one message?
Absolutely! You can send as many receipt photos as you like, either in one or multiple messages. Our system treats each photo as a separate receipt and stores them accordingly in your account.
Do I need to include a message with my receipt image?
No, you don't need to type any additional messages. Our cutting-edge machine learning technology automatically extracts essential information from the receipt image, such as the date, merchant name, and total amount. However, if you wish, you can include a message, and it will be displayed in your account.
Does Receipt-AI support countries outside of the US and Canada?
Currently, Receipt-AI supports phone numbers from the US and Canada only. However, our email upload feature works worldwide. We are actively working on expanding Receipt-AI to more countries in the near future.
