What happens to my photos after AI training?
Your original images are securely stored and never shared. Upon request, we can permanently delete all user data, including training photos.

Which photos should I upload for best results?
Use a mix of close-ups, full-body shots, side views, different lighting conditions, and natural expressions to help the AI learn your appearance accurately.

Where is my data hosted?
All user data is encrypted and stored on secure U.S.-based servers managed by trusted third-party providers with enterprise-level security protocols.
Can I receive a refund?
Yes, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the AI model hasn't been trained. No refunds after training begins or beyond the 14-day window.
What photo formats are supported?
We accept JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC files. AVIF and animated GIF formats are currently not supported.
Is payment processing safe?
Absolutely. All transactions are handled through Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor. We do not store any credit card details.
Can I download an invoice?
Yes, after purchase, visit the invoice section, enter your billing information, and export a PDF receipt for your records.
Am I free to use the generated photos?
Yes! All images come with full usage rights—you can publish them anywhere, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and commercial products.
