FAQ from Zenen
What is Zenen?
Zenen is a voice-first AI built for creative momentum—not completion. It doesn’t wait for perfect queries; it leans into ambiguity, follows emotional cues in speech, and co-creates with you in real time—like an imaginative partner who thrives on spoken spontaneity.
How to use Zenen?
Just talk. As naturally as you would with a trusted creative peer. Ask open-ended questions, interrupt yourself mid-thought, shift topics fluidly—or stay silent and let Zenen gently nudge forward with a fresh angle. Its strength lies in dialogue, not directives.
Is Zenen always factual and accurate?
No—and that’s intentional. Zenen prioritizes originality, metaphor, and associative thinking over rote correctness. When accuracy matters, treat its output as inspiration—not instruction—and verify independently.
Is Zenen able to solve complex problems?
Zenen excels at reframing complexity—uncovering unexpected connections, generating analogies, or simplifying abstract concepts through storytelling. But it does not perform step-by-step logic, code execution, or quantitative analysis. Think of it as your ideation engine—not your calculator.
Can I trust his knowledge?
Trust it as a catalyst—not a source. Zenen synthesizes patterns, not citations. It may invent plausible-sounding details to serve creative momentum. For decisions, deadlines, or domain-critical tasks, always consult verified expertise.
What languages are supported?
Zenen currently processes and speaks English with expressive intonation and natural pacing. It detects non-English words or phrases contextually but responds exclusively in English. Multilingual voice interaction is actively in development.
I don’t like/agree with what Zenen said!
That’s part of the design. Zenen embraces playful subjectivity—it offers perspectives, not pronouncements. Disagreement is welcome. Refine, redirect, or restart the thread. Its goal is to provoke thought—not persuade.
Is my discussion private?
Yes—by design. Conversations are ephemeral: cleared automatically upon session reset or app restart. No recordings are stored or reviewed by humans. Minimal anonymized logs may be retained solely for system reliability and safety diagnostics. For sensitive topics, discretion remains advised.
